Placing an Order
Select the Qty, Color (if applicable) and Size (if applicable) of the item you want to purchase.

Click on the <I WANT!> button (for Rouge) and <MAKE IT MINE!> button (for Rogue) to add the item to your Shopping Bag.

After viewing your Shopping Bag, click on <Continue Shopping> to go back to the main catalog or remove any item by checking the Remove box and clicking on the <Update> button. Once you have selected and confirmed all the items you want to purchase, click on <Check Out>.

For VIP, you will see your current Rouge/Rogue Dollars balance upon Login. You can then select the total Rouge/Rogue Dollars you want to redeem. (Redemption starts from 10 Rouge/Rogue Dollars onwards) Please select your redemption amount before clicking on <Check Out>.

Click on the <Bag> icon at the top right screen at any time to see all items you have added to your Shopping Bag.

Order Check Out

  In the Check Out section, there are 3 stages :
Order Information: Enter your *billing and delivery information, select your preferred payment method and Promo Code (if applicable). Click on <Back> to review your Shopping Bag again or <Reset> to re-enter in your billing and delivery information. Once done, click on <Order Review> to proceed to the next stage.

*(If you are paying by credit card, make sure your billing information matches your credit card information.)

Order Review: Review your Order Information and Order Details with discounts and delivery cost reflected in Grand Total. If you need to make changes, click on <Back> to make changes. If all information is correct, click on <Order Confirmation> and your order will be sent to us for processing. If you do not click on <Order Confirmation>, we will not be able to receive your order for processing.

Order Confirmation :You will see a order confirmation page with your Invoice Number and Total Amount Payable and receive an order invoice via email. If you do not receive it within an hour, please contact us at orders@rougeonline.com stating your Invoice Number.

If you are paying by Credit Card, click on <PAYMENT> button to enter our secure payment gateway to proceed with payment. IMPORTANT : You have to click on <PAYMENT> button to proceed with payment, if you exit this page without doing so, your order will be void and you have to place your order again.

If you are paying by Cheque, please check your email for payment instructions. IMPORTANT : Your cheque has to reach us within a week, if we do not receive your cheque within a week of your order, your order will be void and you have to place your order again.

Once your order & payment has been received and processed by our fulfillment team, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive this email within 2 days (credit card) & 4 days (cheque) upon payment, please contact us at orders@rougeonline.com stating your Invoice Number.

Currency & GST
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 5 % Goods & Services Tax (GST). For the convenience of international customers, you can check the SGD price against USD/EURO/YEN (estimated) currency by clicking on Other Currencies in the Shopping Bag page.

Payment Methods
Please make your payment via one of the following methods :

Credit Card (For local & international orders)
This payment method is suitable for those who want to make payment instantly and have their orders processed and delivered in the shortest time possible. We strongly recommend this for the added convenience and security.

You will be navigated to the SSL-enabled WORLDPAY to process your payment. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using WORLDPAY, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We only accept the following major credit cards -VISA / MasterCard .

* International customers can opt to pay in SGD/USD/AUS currency at the payment page.

Crossed Cheque (For local orders only)
This method is suitable for those who do not have a VISA or Mastercard credit card.

Please cross the cheque, quote your invoice number at the back of the cheque and drop us an email at orders@rougeonline.com once you have mailed the cheque out so we will look out for your cheque.

Delivery Details

  In the Check Out section, there are 3 stages :
Local Delivery Schedule
All orders are delivered during WEEKDAYS between 1pm and 6pm.
Please note that delivery timing cannot be fixed as all orders are delivered via a courier company.

For local orders, upon receiving a Order Confirmation email from us, your order will be delivered to you in *1 to 2 WORKING DAYS. Please email us at orders@rougeonline.com before 6pm to reschedule a delivery date or change of delivery address if you are unable to receive the item during the next 1-2 working days. There will be a surcharge of S$7 for every failed delivery attempts.

*Sometimes delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days due to unforeseen circumstances like delivery overload of our courier company. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

International Delivery Schedule
For international orders, upon receiving a Order Confirmation email from us, your order will be delivered to you in 1 to 2 WEEKS.

Local Delivery & Handling Charges
All local orders are delivered via local courier services for added personalized and security reasons. FREE delivery for orders of S$100 and above. If order is less than S$100, a flat rate of S$7 is chargeable per delivery. So it makes perfect sense to order more to enjoy our Free delivery service.

International Delivery & Handling Charges
All international orders are shipped via international courier services. The delivery charges (per charge for up to 3 items) for various zones are stated below. Free delivery for orders of S$300 and above.

If you shop at both Rouge & Rogue, please enter your particulars on the e-Mailing List forms for both Rouge & Rogue.


Waiting List
Our items are imported from overseas in limited quantities for exclusivity reasons. Thus, we may run out of items frequently. If you see something you really like and it happens to be SOLD OUT, please place your reservations on the e-Waiting List form. *We will try to re-order the item especially for you, at no extra cost.

Once available, we will notify you via email. If you do not hear from us within 2-3 weeks, it would mean that there will be NO re-order for the item/s of your Waiting List request.

*Please note that there is no guarantee of re-order for the items of your Waiting List request/s as it's subjected to stock availability with the brands/designers and management buying decisions.

Exchange Policy
All products go through quality checks to make sure they are in good condition before the products are delivered to you.

We can only accept exchange request if the product/s received was not what you have placed order for. In such cases, you can exchange for a new piece by notifying us within 3 days from the delivery date. Please email us at orders@rougeonline.com stating clearly your invoice number, the item code, product description and reasons for exchange.

We place high emphasis on customer satisfaction. So if for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our product/s, please email us at orders@rougeonline.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Policy
In the case that the product is not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed within 30 days from the date of request via cheque or credit back.
